RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to help you return your items purchased on CoalHeadwear.com, if items are in new condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of any Face Masks, even if they're still in packaging. We also are not offering returns for orders to Canada at this time.

Our Returns Process
Request a returns at our Returns Request Page, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our team will send a return label, please attach to your securely packaged items and ship back to us.
We'll credit your account once your return is received, minus the cost of return shipping ($3 flat fee).
When we credit your account after receiving your return, we will deduct the cost of return shipping (a $3 flat fee) from your return amount. We are happy to process a return or exchange if you’re not satisfied with your product for any reason, as long as the item is unused and undamaged. Within the ﬁrst 30 days, we will replace your item or refund the product price, whichever you prefer. After 30 days, we may offer to replace or offer a discount or store credit at our discretion.
For an exchange, please complete your return with instructions above, and then purchase your replacement item as a separate order. Unfortunately at this time, we cannot process your exchange as one transaction. Due to stock availability, we recommend placing your replacement order as soon as possible. Please contact us at email@example.com to confirm your exchange.
We believe that quality always comes first. At Coal Headwear, we stand behind what we make, and want to ensure you’re satisfied. If you believe your purchase has been impacted by manufacturing defects, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your original order number, proof of purchase, and any relevant pictures of the issue or defect.
