Returns & Warranty

Return Instructions + Policy:

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase in unused condition with original tags and packaging.
  • We are unable to process pre-paid return labels for Canadian orders at this time.
  • Face Masks are not eligible for returns.
  • Please use the original packaging if possible. Reusing original packaging helps maintain the quality of the return item(s) and saves material. Damaged items due to inadequate packaging may not qualify for a refund.
  • Original shipping and Route Insurance charges will not be added to refund.
  • Once we receive your item(s), a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. You can expect a refund to your credit card 5-7 days your return is received. It may take additional time before appearing on your credit card statement.

Exchanges

We able to offer easy size or color exchanges in our return portal. The replacement shipment is released upon the return of your original items. 

We are unable to offer in-direct exchanges for different styles. You can process the unwanted item(s) as a return and place a new order for the desired replacements.

Warranty

We believe that quality always comes first. At Coal Headwear, we stand behind what we make, and want to ensure you’re satisfied. If you believe your purchase has been impacted by manufacturing defects, please contact us at shop@coalheadwear.com. Please include your original order number, proof of purchase, and any relevant pictures of the issue or defect.
