This 5-panel offers a floatable EVA brim and is made with perforated back panels and Brrr° performance material, made for cooling. Available in black or white, with an embroidered patch at the front, this partially recycled hat will keep you looking feeling nice and cool all summer long.

Awesome update to a classic!
I love the new fabric. I still have my old Chuckanut cap from years ago, so this is a great update.
Different than the original but just as good
This version of the chuckanut isn't as flexible or low profile as the original, but it's just as and comfortable in warmer weather. There's a bit more structure to the crown, but overall it's a pretty good homage to the first version. The biggest difference is this new hat has a button on top, so it's not able to be worn under a helmet if that was something you liked about the original.
My favorite, but better!
The Chuckanut from a few years ago is my all time favorite hat. I couldn't be more stoked to get a re-issue with some new tech!
