Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in New Condition and in its Original Packaging. Within the first 30 days, we will replace your item or refund the product price at your option. After 30 days, we will repair or replace your item at our discretion. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable and all returns, with the exception of defective products, noted in the first 30 days from when you receive the item, must be returned Prepaid and Insured to our Warehouse.

We believe that quality always comes first. While our products are not guaranteed by an explicit warranty, we stand behind what we make. If you believe your purchase has been impacted by manufacturing defects, please contact us at info@coalheadwear.com.

Unfortunately, no orders can be shipped outside of the United States or to P.O. Boxes.

Orders Placed by 1 pm (PST) will be shipped out the same day
Orders Placed after 1 pm (PST) will be shipped out the next business day
Orders placed after 1 pm (PST) on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday.
Shipping Cost per order is $5.00.

Signature Confirmation

During checkout, you have the option to have a delivery signature confirmation. Please note, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Out of Stock Notice

We attempt to only accept orders for items that are currently in stock. In the unusual event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, we will contact you via the email address provided on your order. If we don’t receive a reply within 3 business days, we will immediately ship all in-stock items and any back-ordered item will be canceled.
